All Natural Chocolate Sugar Scrub

Calling all chocolate lovers! Do you want to buff your skin to smooth status using a sugar scrub with the sweet aroma of chocolate? Yes? Then this easy all natural DIY sugar scrub is definitely for you! I’ll share the recipe with you as long as your promise not to eat it. Well…since all the ingredients of this sugar scrub are natural, you technically could eat it. I wouldn’t recommend, though, unless you like the taste of sugar and oil mixed together. If you do, then bon appétit!

Keep your skin smooth with this All Natural Chocolate Sugar Scrub Recipe from Sparkles of Sunshine

I love making DIY sugar scrubs for 4 main reasons:

  1. They are super easy and quick to make. The hardest part is measuring the ingredients. Seriously!
  2. DIY sugar scrubs are cheaper than store bought scrubs. Why pay $15 for something you can make for $3?
  3. When you make a sugar scrub yourself, you know exactly what’s in it. No chemicals or harmful ingredients!
  4. You can easily customize your sugar scrub to your taste. Make it thicker, thinner, add more fragrance, or leave it out. You decide!

Here is what you will need:

  • 1 cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

  1. Place the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and mix well.
  4. Pour into an air-tight container for storage.

It doesn’t get any easier than that, folks! This All Natural Chocolate Sugar Scrub leaves your skin so soft and smooth. I will warn you, though, you may crave a candy bar after your shower. This scrub smells so chocolaty and good!

Um, I can’t decide if I want to eat this or use it as a scrub. Yum! This reminds of a time I splurged on a Christmas cookie themed spa day (a sugar cookie scrub, peppermint chocolate facial, and a vanilla massage). This will let me recreate that day on a much smaller budget!
