Who’s ready for a simple and easy microwave peanut butter fudge recipe? Perfect, because that’s what I’m here to show you today. Trust me when I say the most difficult aspect of this recipe is not licking out the sweetened condensed milk can when you’re dishing out the ingredients. Don’t judge me, you know you want to do it, too! 🙂
Let me just say that there’s nothing wrong with a good old fashioned fudge recipe that requires the use of a candy thermometer and ten ingredients. Because you really can’t go wrong with any fudge recipe in my opinion. But, me? I like easy. The less ingredients the better. The faster the better because the quicker I get my fudge the happier I am, too.
Today’s recipe for Easy Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge is a win-win because it’s both simple to make and only takes 3 ingredients. Yes, 3. It doesn’t get much easier that that! Let me share with you the easy and quick recipe that is guaranteed to melt in your mouth.
Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter Chips, plus extra for garnish
- 6 Tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk
Recipe Directions:
Line a square 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
Heat in the microwave for 25 seconds. Stir well and reheat for another 25 seconds. Continue heating in 25 second intervals as needed until you get a smooth consistent texture when stirring.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth with an offset spatula. Sprinkle extra peanut butter chips on top for garnish.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
When the fudge is ready, remove pan from the fridge and then remove the fudge from the pan.
Cut the fudge into one inch squares for bite-sized servings. (Or bigger for larger appetites!)
