Pumpkin Spice Snack Mix Recipe

The traditional recipe for this snack mix has always been a favorite of mine that I could eat handful by handful. My aunt used to make it for Christmas every year and I always looked forward to eating it. 

But when you add pumpkin spice and candy pumpkins to this snack mix? Well, perfection has been achieved! I’m pretty sure my hips will be a little wider by the time winter gets here thanks to this pumpkin spice snack mix. But that’s OK, I’ll enjoy every bite.

Pumpkin Spice Snack Mix Ingredients:

• 4 C Chex cereal
• 1 C Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers
• 1 TB pumpkin pie spice
• 1 C powdered sugar
• 1 bag candy corn
• 1 bag candy pumpkins
• 1 bag of M&M’s

Pumpkin Spice Snack Mix Recipe Directions:

1. Pour the Chex cereal into a large Ziploc bag. Set aside.
2. Place white chocolate in a heated double boiler. While the chocolate is melting add the pumpkin pie seasoning. Stir to mix the spice throughout the melted chocolate.
3. Pour the melted chocolate into the bagged Chex mix, shaking the bag to cover all of the cereal pieces. Next, add the powdered sugar, shake well.
4. Empty the bag of Chex mix into a large bowl. And the candy and toss together.
