Have you discovered the wonderful world of Biscoff Spread yet? If so, then you know why these Biscoff Layered Brownies are so very special. If not, you’re in for a real treat today, because I’m sharing this tasty recipe with you. Trust me, once you taste Biscoff spread, you’ll be tempted to eat it right out of the jar!
After making my Biscoff Easter Bark earlier this year, I decided I should do some more experimental cooking with Biscoff Spread. I was so excited to discover the spread this Spring, and I could easily become addicted to its creamy taste. I just adore Biscoff cookies, so why not add this yummy spread to some of my favorite recipes? I took two of my favorite brownie recipes, made a simple substitution and combined them into one pan. When I pulled the pan out of the oven, I had the best Biscoff Layered Brownies ever!
Here are the ingredients you will need to make these amazing brownies:
Brownie Layer:
- 1 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup of cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of oil
Biscoff Layer:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2/3 cup of Biscoff Spread
- 6 tb. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Line a 9 x 13 pan with tin foil.
- Mix flour, sugar and cocoa together.
- Add egg and oil and mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Beat the Biscoff Spread, Cream cheese, and sugar at medium speed until mixed well.
- Add the egg and vanilla and beat for an additional minute.
- Pour the Biscoff mixture evenly over the brownie layer.
Bake the brownies in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until the center of the brownies is set. Remove the brownies from the oven and despite how tempting it is to dig right in, allow them to cool completely. Use the edges of the tin foil to lift the brownies gently from the pan and cut into squares.
I hope you like magic tricks, because you will see these brownies disappear right before your eyes! The combination of chocolate and Biscoff flavors is so delicious, and these brownies will be fudgy in texture…just like I like them!
These brownies are so hard to resist. As usual, I sent the leftover brownies to work with my husband before I ate them all in one sitting. Yes, if there were a brownie eating contest, I’d be some pretty stiff competition! I hope you’ll print the recipe out below and give these a try…your taste buds will be so glad you did!
