DIY & Crafts Giveaways

FlowerPower Vase Thanksgiving Place Card Holder and GIVEAWAY

Do you remember the project I made previously with a FlowerPower Vase?  If not, be sure to check it out here.  But be warned…it will get your sweet tooth going!

I was so happy to receive a couple of FlowerPower Vases, and I absolutely love them.  First of all, I love that these vases can be easily transported in your car cup holder. Secondly, I love the beautiful packaging they come in.  The little velvet pouch is just too cute!

Flower Power Vases (2)But what I really love about these vases, is the little prongs in the bottom that help keep flowers/sticks into place when making arrangements.  This really helps out!  Oh, and see the two rings at the top?  You can add oils for fragrance!  How neat is that?

Flower Power Vases openToday I’m going to show you a new way to mark your place settings for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.  Toss away boring place cards, because these awesome place card holders not only will be festive, but they will make excellent gifts for your Thanksgiving guests.

FPV Place Card HoldersHere is what you will need for this project:

Materials:
FlowerPower Vases (one for each guest)
Mini Chalkboard Markers on Dowels (I purchased mine from Michael’s Craft Store)
Fall Foliage Stems

Project SuppliesAlright, this will be an easy, quick project…unless you have a super long guest list!  The first step is to arrange your floral stems in the vase, using the prongs to easily secure them into place.

Place Card Holder FPVOnce you are satisfied with your floral arrangement, write your guest’s name on one of the chalkboard markers, and place it into the arrangement.

FPV Place Card HolderThat’s it! Wasn’t that easy?  Here are a couple of place card holders I made to get you inspired!

Wouldn’t you be happy to have one of these marking your space at the table?  What if your host told you it was yours to take home with you?  I know that would make me super happy!

Place Card Holders FPVI hope you like these adorable Thanksgiving place card holder arrangements.

Note:  The vases used for this project was supplied by FlowerPower, Inc., but all opinions of the product are my own.
