Welcome to this year’s first edition of Frugal Gift Friday, a series designed to help you save money this upcoming holiday season. Each Friday I’ll be sharing a fun gift idea for your family and friends that you can make yourself for only a fraction of the cost of store bought gifts. My favorite gifts are handmade gifts, and I bet your gift recipients will feel the same way. Let’s kick off the series with the easiest DIY project ever…the Christmas Cookie Sugar Scrub.

okay, I have a WEIRD question, would this scrub be used on your feet and hands? Just thinking of bundles to make for “spa” care 🙂
Yes, you could use this scrub for hands and feet as well. It would be cute to make spa packages with cozy socks, nail clippers, etc. Great idea!
I can’t use coconut oil. Can it be substituted for olive oil or another oil like it and if so which one?
I’m so sorry you can’t use coconut oil! Yes, you can substitute the oil for another oil…like Jojoba, Olive or Apricot. So yes, you can still enjoy it! 🙂
