1 tb Barbeque Sauce
1 tb Grape Jelly
1 Whole pineapple, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 package of bacon, uncooked, cut in half
1 package of toothpicks (optional)
Recipe directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan with non-stick coating. Arrange bacon slices onto the pan. Put one pineapple chunk on the end of each slice of bacon. Roll bacon over pineapple and secure with a toothpick if desired. Mix barbecue sauce and grape jelly together in a small bowl until well blended. Cover each bacon roll with a spoonful of sauce. Cook in oven for 40-45 minutes, until bacon is fully cooked.
