Thanks for the post!! I am a knitter and have shopped most of the websites you have mentioned in your post, but a few of them were new to me!
Yay, Lisa! I’m so glad you discovered a few new websites to find patterns. Thanks so much for stopping by!
You’re a ‘life-saver’!!! I went on-line looking for knitted sweater patterns for women and couldn’t believe that I couldn’t find any!! People couldn’t have ‘given up’ knitting sweaters, I thought!! I know it’s been a long time for me but, not ‘that’ long!! So grateful to find such a selection of sites to explore!! I want to start knitting my own sweaters again. The ‘quality’ of ‘store bought’ is no longer ‘there’ and they don’t have the selection I’m looking for. Good old ‘classic’ styles–that’s ‘me’!! Thank You!
Yay! I’m so glad you found this post helpful. You’re right, the quality of store bought clothing isn’t what it used to be. I hope you find just the right classic style patterns you desire. Blessings! Christie
you forgot one of the very best …DROPS, great Scandinavian patterns, beautiful baby stuff…
Thanks for the tip. I’ll have to check it out!
I’m a knitter for many years and I found a knitting site that is fabulous. It is Knitting Paradise and it’s fabulous. It has free patterns, a blog, answers questions and more.
