It’s that time again. The time to learn more about Errik, the guy behind the scenes at Sparkles of Sunshine. Once a month I give him the opportunity to shine in the limelight with the fun series and linkup The Guys Behind the Blog. It’s only fair since he helps me with a lot of my projects.
Since fall is now here, this month’s questions are focused on all things fall. Let’s see what Errik has to say about this season of year.
We’re now into fall, which means cooler temps for most of us…are you a warm weather or cold weather kind of guy?
I grew up in South Dakota so I like to have some cold weather every once in a while. I remember growing up when it would be so cold that you cold feel the air in your lungs. It’s a cool experience but I’m much happier with the weather in North Carolina most of the time. Summers in South Dakota and winters in NC would be perfect. My ideal day would be about 55 in the morning and 76 deg during the day. I like the cold mornings.
What’s the best Halloween costume you’ve ever worn?
None of my costume days really stand out. I’m sure I was a ghost one year. I think that was when we were visiting some relatives in Colorado. There was something going on at a school so I went out as a last minute ghost.
What’s your favorite Halloween candy?
Anything chocolate would be fine…as long as it doesn’t have coconut in it… or peppermint. The easiest way to mess up chocolate is with peppermint.
What are your favorite parts of fall (ex: football, the weather, Thanksgiving, etc)?
I do like watching football, but I would rather be playing disc golf on Sunday afternoons. And fall is great time to do it. It’s a lot more fun playing when it’s not 98 deg with 1000% humidity.
How do you feel about pumpkin spice lattes? (As a joke question…hahaha)
I don’t like questions about my feelings….
There you have it! I see that disc golf has made the list of his favorites again…maybe he should dress up as a frisbee disc for Halloween this year. Do you think I could convince him??
Aaah! How can you mess up chocolate with peppermint?! That’s one of my favorite combos! Boooo! lol
Tell me about it! The good thing about his poor taste is that I get to eat all the Junior Mints and York Peppermint Patties that come into our home. 🙂
I completed agree about the no mint and chocolate. So many people seem to love it though!
I love mint and chocolate, but everyone’s taste is different. It’s funny how we all have our own tastes. Thanks for stopping by today!
