Easy DIY Relaxation Oil

Let the stress melt away as you inhale the calming scent of lavender and mint.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp. Carrier Oil Apricot, Almond, Grapeseed, Jojoba or Olive
  • 10 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
  • 10 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
  • Glass Roller Bottle

Instructions

  • To make this easy DIY relaxation oil, all you have to do is add the oils to the glass roller bottle and shake gently to mix. This is the basic recipe, so you will need to multiply the ingredients to fit whatever size bottle you are using.

Notes

To use: Rub a small amount of oil onto your temples, back of neck and behind your ears and inhale as the stress and tension melt away.
