Triple Berry Parfait
A delicious, healthy treat for adults and kids.
Servings: 2
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- Garnish- mint leaf optional
Rinse all fruit and pat dry with paper towel.
Line the bottom of 2 parfait glasses with blackberries.
Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt on top of the blackberries.
Layer 1/2 cup blueberries on top of the yogurt.
Spoon remaining yogurt on top of the blueberries.
Top parfait off with a layer of raspberries.
Garnish with a mint leaf is desired.
