Simple St. Patrick's Day Bark

A delicious festive bark recipe just in time for St. Patrick's Day!

Ingredients

  • 1-24 oz. package of Vanilla Flavored Almond Bark
  • 1-24 oz. package of Chocolate Flavored Almond Bark
  • 1- package of Oreo Thins Cookies
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  • Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
  • Melt the chocolate flavored almond bark following the directions on the package.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture evenly onto cookie sheet.
  • Add a layer of Oreo Thins, spacing them evenly and pressing them slightly into the chocolate. Place in refrigerator until set.
  • Melt the vanilla flavored almond bark following the directions on the package.
  • Spread 3/4 of the vanilla mixture on top of the chocolate/cookie layer.
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring to the remaining melted vanilla bark.
  • Drizzle the green melted bark across the white in stripes.
  • Use a knife to create a swirl pattern by dragging the knife up and down, pressing slightly into the melted candy, in the opposite direction of the green stripes.
  • Place cookie sheet in the refrigerator until set.
  • Use a knife to break the candy into smaller pieces for serving.

Notes

Feel free to add more if you would like a darker green color.
