Quick and Easy Beer Bread
Ingredients
3
cups
of self-rising flour
1/2
cup
of sugar
1
beer
12 oz at room temperature
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour and sugar in a medium sized bowl.
Add the beer and beat less than 20 times to mix. Do not overmix!
Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
Allow the bread to cool prior to cutting.
Notes
You may add raisins to the batter if desired.
