Line a square 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
Heat in the microwave for 25 seconds. Stir well and reheat for another 25 seconds. Continue heating in 25 second intervals as needed until you get a smooth consistent texture when stirring.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth with an offset spatula. Sprinkle extra peanut butter chips on top for garnish.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
When the fudge is ready, remove pan from the fridge and then remove the fudge from the pan.
Cut the fudge into one inch squares for bite-sized servings. (Or bigger for larger appetites!)
