Easy Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter Chips plus extra for garnish
  • 6 Tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions

  • Line a square 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Heat in the microwave for 25 seconds. Stir well and reheat for another 25 seconds. Continue heating in 25 second intervals as needed until you get a smooth consistent texture when stirring.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth with an offset spatula. Sprinkle extra peanut butter chips on top for garnish.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
  • When the fudge is ready, remove pan from the fridge and then remove the fudge from the pan.
  • Cut the fudge into one inch squares for bite-sized servings. (Or bigger for larger appetites!)
