Triple Berry Parfait

A delicious, healthy treat for adults and kids.
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • Garnish- mint leaf optional

Instructions

  • Rinse all fruit and pat dry with paper towel.
  • Line the bottom of 2 parfait glasses with blackberries.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt on top of the blackberries.
  • Layer 1/2 cup blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  • Spoon remaining yogurt on top of the blueberries.
  • Top parfait off with a layer of raspberries.
  • Garnish with a mint leaf is desired.
