Biscoff Layered Brownies
A delicious brownie with chocolate and Biscoff layers.
Ingredients
Brownie Layer1 1/2 cup self rising flour
2
cups
of sugar
1/2
cup
of cocoa
4
eggs
1
cup
of oil
Biscoff layer8 oz Cream Cheese
2/3
cup
of Biscoff Spread
6
tb.
sugar
1
egg
1/2
tsp.
vanilla
Instructions
For Brownie LayerLine a 9 x 13 pan with tin foil.
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa together.
Add egg and oil and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
For Biscoff layerBeat Biscoff Spread, Cream cheese, and sugar at medium speed until mixed well.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat for an additional minute.
Pour Biscoff mixture evenly over the brownie layer.
Bake at 350 degrees, 40-45 minutes until the center of the brownies is set.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before cutting.
Notes
Store brownies in an airtight container.
